No coupons, no surprises at the end. Here is exactly how we price a pump-out, and how to get the number for your address.
Pay for what we pump
Every pump-out is priced two ways at once: a price for the first 1,000 gallons, and a price for each additional 100 gallons after that. The meter on the truck records how much came out of your tank, so a larger tank costs more only by the gallons it actually holds.
The first-1,000-gallon price depends on your town, because a drive to Fillmore or Agoura Hills takes longer than one to Camarillo. That keeps nearby customers from paying for someone else's drive.

Why we price this way
An honest number beats a big discount
You have probably seen the ads: $200 off your septic pumping. Too often the discount comes off a number you never saw, and by the time the truck leaves, the bill is closer to $1,500, with line items nobody mentioned on the phone.
We would rather be straightforward. You get our price and our terms in writing before we arrive, explaining exactly what we will do on your property. The crew pumps the whole tank, solids included, and the meter on the truck shows the gallons. If we find something that needs attention, we explain it and let you decide.

Work we quote on site
Some jobs cannot be priced from a phone call because the cost is set by what is underground or by the engineer's design:
- New and replacement septic systems, estimated from the engineer's design
- Repairs and leach fields, once we have seen what failed
- Seepage pit treatment and new pits
- Inspections for home sales and county requirements
- Riser installation and tank location or camera work
- Grease trap service for commercial kitchens

Pricing questions
Why is pumping priced by the gallon?
Because tanks are different sizes and hold different amounts. Paying for the first 1,000 gallons plus each additional 100 means a small tank is not charged like a big one, and a big one is not squeezed into a flat rate that hides extras.
Why does the price depend on my town?
Our trucks start every day in Somis. The farther the drive, the more time and fuel a job takes, so the price for the first 1,000 gallons is set town by town instead of padding everyone else’s bill.
When do I find out the final price?
Before we arrive. You get the price and our terms in writing ahead of the visit, and the gallons we pump are metered on the truck.
Is anything not covered by the pumping price?
If the tank lids are buried, they have to be dug out before pumping, and that is a separate charge. The office will tell you before the visit. A riser removes that cost for every visit after.
